We had been searching for the "perfect" house in the "perfect" neighborhood for several months and had talked about where exactly we wanted to be and what exactly we wanted out of a house. We have been in love with this community for several years (we know a few people who live there and it's up the road from my parents) So we have been keeping an eye out on the homes.
We finally, after a discouraging few months of searching the used home market, decided we would pop in on the models. Well, we fell in love with one and it happened to be the perfect price. We signed the papers in March, and have been enjoying watching the neighborhood and our home go up ever since!!!
