Make-at-Home Samoas

David wanted me to make Samoas this afternoon for after dinner. They turned out pretty good...tasted much better than they looked.

Sugar Cookie Dough 
Dark Chocolate (for melting) (3 cups) 
Caramel Chews (12 oz) 
Cream (3 tablespoons) 
Coconut Flakes (3 cups) 

Bake sugar cookies at 350* for 10mins. 
Use a straw or toothpick and cut a hole out of the center of the cookie as soon as it comes out.
Melt the chocolate and dip the cookie in the chocolate
Roast the coconut flakes 
Melt the Caramel Chews and cream together, add the coconut flakes to the caramel once it's melted
Layer atop the cookies 
Drizzle chocolate over the top
Place in refrigerator to harden
