"Andrews <gigantic> Heart"
Today especially, I am so Thankful for Andrew's huge heart. He is such a lovable little man and I can't get over how sweet he is. He has such a huge heart and sometimes I just can't get enough of his cuteness. Today on the drive to school Andrew says to me that he has a "great idea"...he tells me that we should go on a fancy date.
He tells me that he wants to go to a fancy restaurant and dress up in a "bow tie and a shirt that has lots of buttons" He proceeds to tell me that I need to "wear a dress and make my hair long (I'm assuming that means wear it down). He tells me that he wants daddy and Becca to stay home, because this is a special date for just Andrew and mommy.
I had a gift card to Carrabas that I got as a birthday gift, so I happily agreed.
First he had to get "Fresh and Clean" with a new fade...
He made sure to wear his tie and his Buddy Puppy (we got in honor of Veterans Day) and I wore a dress and my hair down :)
We had a lovely dinner where he announced to the hostess, waitress, bus boy and manager that he was on a date...proudly adding, "WITH MY MOM!" ---OH EM GEE he's too cute!!! ---We ended the date with a walk over Starbucks and enjoyed dessert and a chat with a little girl and her daddy (who were on a "coffee date") After Andrew and the little girl raced to see who could finish their cake pops faster...we headed home.
I am so blessed to be these kiddos mommy, but seriously, what a PERFECT evening with a perfect lil' GENTLEMAN!
