"Institution of Marriage"
In a world where so many people give up on their marriage or devalue such an important institution, I am blessed to be surrounded by some examples of amazing marriages. I am very thankful to those married couples who have shown David and I what it takes to have a successful, happy marriage. I am also so Thankful that these examples are so close to my children and pray that one day they will be able to look to their grandparents, aunts and uncles and mom and dad and say, "there still are happy marriages out there"
Both my parents and Davids have been married for well over 30 years. My brother and his wife April will be celebrating 10 years of marriage in December and my sister-in-law Rachel and her husband Mike will be celebrating 8 years today! Dave and I will be married 6 years come January.
Happy 8 year anniversary today Mike and Rachel.
