Yummy Chili for dinner on this chilly day :)
What You Need:
1/2 cup diced green and white onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can of each bean: (you can use any beans you want. Today I used pinto, dark and light red kidney, but you can use whatever you want!)
1 tbsp ('ish) of chili powder, garlic powder and salt (you can add cumin to taste as well)
1 cup water
How to Cook:
Simmer all ingredients together in a pot on stove top (covered) about an hour on medium/medium low heat.
