Think Before You Eat: Vegetarian Vegetable Soup


What You Need:
1 Garlic Clove
Carrot
Celery
Zucchini
Onion
White Beans
Diced Tomatoes
2 cups Low-Sodium Vegetable Broth
Dash Olive Oil

Preparation:
Saute Garlic, Carrot, Celery, Zucchini and Onion in a little bit of Olive Oil on medium heat until Tender. Add Beans, Tomatoes and Broth. Turn down to low-heat. Let simmer about 45min.
