1.) 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey

8.) 8 ounces elbow macaroni (I used shells because that's what I had!)
9.) 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

10.) SPICES: chili powder, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic salt
*if you decide to make the casserole you will also need 1/2 cup toasted crushed Ritz crackers and another 1/4 cup cheese.
Prep:
1.) In a large skillet, brown onions and chili's with ground beef/turkey.
2.) Add macaroni, kidney beans, tomato sauce, water, and spices.
3.) Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
4.) Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese; cover and continue to heat until cheese is melted.
*if all you want is the chili Mac, you are done...if you want to make the casserole continue...
5.) Pour chili mac into a 9x9 baking dish. Top off the chili mac with the Ritz, remaining cheese and you can garnish with additional onions.
6.) Bake at 350* for 15min. ENJOY!!
