Individual Muffin-Tin Sweet and Spicy Meatloafs

I will probably never make one big meatloaf again! These are awesome and it doesn't break when you go to make yourself a piece!

I added chili paste to the topping and it added a perfect amount of spice to the meatloaf! YUM!
