21 days...

"They" say that it takes 21 days to form a habit. I decided to make a change. Last year, after I lost our baby, I took it very hard (much like this year) but gained 30 lbs. proceeding my miscarriage. I am making positive changes today, in hopes that I don't head down that road again.

I woke up nice and early and dusted off the B.O.B. and workout mat.  I took the kiddos for a run and play at the park.  After my run, I did some sit-ups, leg raises and a 1 min. plank on my mat and used a park bench to do some triceps dips while the kiddos played. They loved it, and I got to enjoy one of our beautiful neighborhood parks with my amazing children.

I suppose today is a start...
