Days 1&2
We started a teenie bit early because I went hunting with David and was gone the 1st and 2nd. On Nov. 30th. The kiddos helped me put together bags of "snowman poop" to hand out to our special friends and family and made jars of cocoa to drop off with our annual Christmas cards.
Andrew counted out the "poop" and placed them in the saran wrap. He also glued the poems to the construction paper for me and even punched the holes for the ribbon to get tied through.
Becca snipped the extra ribbon and wrap with the scissors for me and picked out who got which decorative button on their poem.
Andrew stuck the bows on each jar and the two kids crushed up all the peppermint sticks and added the marshmallows and peppermint to the tops of the jars of cocoa for everyone!
While David and I were away, my mom took care of doing the advent calender with the kiddos.
They opened their special gifts and Grandma sent me a text picture message of the two of them with their very special gifts.
